After the depression there were regulations put in place to try to prevent another depression from happenning. Many of these were removed during the Reagan/Mulroney?Thatcher years. Now with an even more globalized market what would happen if we had another Black Monday. Or could it even happen again?

Have no money to put down. Own my own house now, but do not want to take HELOC loan to start. Property I'm looking at is located in WI. Strong university market, average turn time, etc. Cosmetic and minor rehab needed. Looking for low cost funding from WI, or contiguous states. CA, FL and TX lenders not acceptable. Properties in those markets are a joke. Can any professionals help?

I have an idea for a website. Once it's built, how can I get it know throughout the world? I can't believe that word-of-mouth alone made YOUTUBE and WIKIPEDIA so well-known. Any ideas?

There is a home on land that my company is possibly buying. I want to buy this home. I have never owned a home, as I was a horse trainer and traveled my early years. I am now 50 with 2 spinal fusions and work in an equine semen freezing lab. Are there any programs that might help me buy this home, though my income is low, my work record is top level. I have heard there were grants to help Natives get low interest loans for home ownership or to start a business, both of which are areas I need, and have the ability to handle. Well, any help would be great!

I am 21 years old and I have been working in the staffing business for about 2 years. I feel that I've the experience I need to do a very good job in this business. Plus, everyday is a learning experience. My problem is my salary. It's not that great, but the people who are older than me with way less experience are making more. In my workplace, I seem to do a load of the work. I am offered no benefits and no time off. My employer seems to find people off the streets to do my same position and have me train or tell them what to do. I am seriously contemplating leaving this job, but at the moment, another job is hard to find. Anyone have any suggestions or experiences?

The user "chris" is phishing answers. Every time somebody asks a question about getting a loan "chris" answers that he has oodles of money to loan out at 3% and instructs the asker to send him a bunch of personal information. "chris" has done this over 100 times.

Is anyone really dumb enough to believe that "chris", who obviously can't construct a simple sentence correctly has hundreds of thousands of dollars to loan and will do so with no collateral, no credit check, etc. and will charge a fraction of market interest rates?

Shouldn't "chris" just go back to emailing people about how he needs to transfer 10 million dollars out of Nigeria or something?
