Is overseas forex tradding against the law?

I have an account in the British Virgin Islands that I use to trade online. I wanted to know if it was against the law since they passed the new law that you can not gamble over the internet with a foreign company.

I know the analogy is close, but "trading" is not "gambling." They are two separate endeavors.

No, trading is not illegal in any free society.
