Not while you're behind. Call your loan company, work something out. Don't just let it keep going, that will just make it harder to fix in the end.

Contact the company which owes money on you, and figure out something.
The Second Thing is:
Earn some money to pay. If you can find some translation work from English to Urdu, or from Urdu to English, or from English to Guajrati, or from Gujarati to English. We can share some amount.
