Is it required by law to give breaks other than lunch?

***Sorry to say so but a employer is just required to only give lunch breaks anywhere from .30 min on up, not required by law to give .15min breaks this is up to each individual employer for courtsey**

Yes under state laws. In KY, you are required to give a ten minute break for every four hours, lunch not included.

depends on the state and job, for example, if you work a commision job or waiter/waitress they are not required to give breaks or even pay overtime..if there is a problem with your job you coudl inquire through workforce or state labor in your area
