My wife can't hold down a job. She always gets fed up with another women and quits. What she says sounds like good cause but can all of the book keeping jobs really be all about the other women in the office? What can I say?

Over the past few months I have felt as though I have been descriminated against. I was working overtime , and have been with the company for over 4 years. Now im lucky to get 30 hours a week since we hired a new manager. There are other employees working overtime with less than 1 year on the job . I am a Hispanic male the only one currently working with this company at this location. I do field work and was working with the managers son-in-law when he said "your a **** arent you" I replied no Im spanish if you realy want to know . My family on my mothers side are from spain Im not mexican. His responce to me "I dont give a F*** your all wet backs to me"
Im well educated born in the US and there is only one person who could possibly know im hispanic and that is my manager I know he would be the only person responsible for telling his son-in-law I was hispanic. We have a corporate office with human resource department . A sub and one at corporate level what should I do?

I am a canadian citizen but i am currently on welfare for myself and 2 children i get my rent paid at the moment aswell. i was just wondering would i be entitled to anything if i moved to Canada, my 2 children are not Canadian citizens of as yet. This is for my personal taxes filing for 2005 (Federal and New York State). I wasn't ready for the April 15, 2006 deadline so I filed an extension, allowing me to file my taxes by 10/16/06. I'm still not ready to file, but I will be ready to file my taxes in about a week from now (after the deadline for the extension). What will happen? Will I be fined, or worse, or what? I've never had this happen before, so I hope someeone can give tell me what the IRS does to people in my situation. Thank you.
