What can you do if you have an excellent pay history, excellent debt to income ratio,?

and your credit score is still low and noone can tell you why? Never a bankruptcy and no missed or late pays on record, I dont understand.

You might not have built up enough credit. Do you have credit cards, car loans, etc? Sometimes no credit can hurt you as much as bad credit.

review items on report, 700 plus is a good score

There must have been some expenditures you are not aware of. Check your bills. or better still do some reconsiliations.
