i'm in dire need of cash,alomst stranded here,does anyone know where i can cash my cashiers check instantly here in adelaide ,australia.Its written in $USD and not $aus ,the only bank that agreed so far said i will get cashed in 7weeks!!!!
Does anyone know a cashpoint or bank i can use?

Ok got into an accident on tuesday and my insurence guy was saying something along the lines of.....if it costs more then 5,000 dollars to fix my car then i can get a new one (cause then it will hurt my re-sale value)....is this true? Can i get a new car? (my car is $11,000, but i only owe $9,000)...I think my car is totaled, my trunk is pretty much up to my back window and my doors are very hard to open (will open when alot of muscle is used)

I would consider them the same as a covenant not to compete
is that true? I dont know why they dont last other than they are illegal

I just finished school and just started to work (a month). So basically I need to buy a computer from Dell but unfortunately they could not issue the loan.

I have a debit and credit cards with a very limited daily spending / credit limit. I tried applying other credit card including Dell and failed.

So I need to know what my option(s) is.

I want to start a not-for-profit foundation. The only thing is i have yet to figure out what kind of corporation i am going to create. Keep in mind that I am in Miami, where at times it seems like the majority speaks more spanish than english. I was leaning more towards education. The services could range from tutoring english as a second language or helping students from another country integrate into american culture. i moved out of a rental house before my lease was up i advertised the house on a web site listing for 30 days. i put in the all the info for the house and how to get in contact with the landlord if they wanted to rent, the website had 89 people that wanted to rent the house . he still has not yet rented the house. can i still be held liable for the lease eventhough he has decided not to choose a renter at this time.

I work in a diner/restaurant and this older server has always called me betlittling names such as "dumbass", "dumbshit", "stupid", etc etc. I told the manager like a month ago, he talked to her, and she just started doing it again yesterday. I was working in the back alone and she comes back for a second to get something and just to be civil since we work together and to try to make it not awkward, I saw "hey how're you doing??" She ignores me so I say it again. She looks back behind her to me, gives me a strange look and says "WHY are you talking to me?" Then I hear her laughing to another server and pointing to me and says "he's soo stupid." This woman is like 55 and hardly anyone likes her. This one guy Juan told the manager he doesnt want any shifts with her.
Oh and if someone doesnt seat her whenever she wants she gets pissed. This couple came in and them nor Donna (the 55yo server) made any contact whatsoever and the couple didn't request Donna's section either. So I sit them

My sister was working full time. She lived with my mother and the two of them co owned a home. My mother died unexpectedly and left my sister to make all the payments. she went back to work ( insurance castastorpe claims adjuster) and all the bills she was left with she became ill , due to stress, and has been diagnosed with ulcerative colites. She was hospitalized for some time. While on disability she was informed that her position was being terminated. she was offered a severance package but told either she could stay on, Without pay and disability ran out, and keep insurance or leave and take the severance package. She took the severance package and did not recieve anything for 2 to 3 months and was behind on bills. She borrowed money from family and friends to cover essential bills but fell further and further behind. she recieved her 401k money and used most of it to cover her behind bills. Is this enough to help her avoid the 10% penality and how should she file.
