i want to become an electrician or marketing person but can't decide because electrician makes good money but i would want to do buisness also. so my question is what good jobs are there in marketing area and what would be the salary of marketing after 5 years or more and also is there more job demand for electricians or marketing buisness people and why thanks for those helping.

My hubbie has just started up his own business, and has just completed a job doing up a house. It took 4 weeeks to do, now that he's finished, the person won't pay him!
We live in Ireland, where would be the best place to go to get payment from customer, would he have to go to solicitor or is there some sort of claims court for tradespersons in Ireland. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
As you can understand,he's only just started out, and cannot afford a loss like this.

My boss is singling out two individuals and having them do things that are not common to the whole group. They have to account for every minute that they are not driving their bus route. If they have a layover, they have to account for the entire time. When they (alone) inspect their schoolbus they are watched by the boss constantly. This started AFTER a grievance was filed by the one and the other is a shop steward. This boss also singles out these two employees, leaving them out of memos, etc. One gets notes on her hook to wash her bus, no one else does, and nit picks everything. The driver is at her wits end. Does this constitute a hostile work enviornment?

Im in a point in my life when I need to decide what I am going to do with my life next? Im getting my Bachelors in psychology in December of next year, and am unsure if I should try to get into medical school to eventually become a psychiatrist or graduate school to eventually become a psychologist. Someone in a shopping mall is selling his small coffee shop business for $90,000 (includes all equipment) now I know a little bit about the business but I can learn that part, what I'm more concern is what I should be concerned about before investing that much money such as what questions I should ask the seller etc. One thing that worries me is that he bought this business only a year ago and now he is selling it because he can't take care of it (?)
