Talk about how the high-growth Asian economies will continue to finance our current account deficits for the forseeable future by buying US treasuries instead of investing in their own higher-growth economies (which has the effect of holding down the value of their own currencies, and perpetuating their export-led growth)

Make the point that FOR NOW, the USA shouldn't worry about losing our 'bankers' and suffering a confidence crisis in our dollar.

Something interesting to look at might be the effect economic sanctions have had on countries around the world. . .y'know with the hullabaloo about putting sanctions on N. Korea.
