I am a landscaper by trade.. I have worked steady with my current job for a couple years now.. As of the past 2 weeks I have not worked at all.. Now the boss won't even answer his phone and owes me money. What would you do..

I would go to his business or place of residence and have a talk about your important issue. ASAP

Does your boss have an address? Can you go there and hang out and confront him face to face? If he owes you money you should fight to get it from him.

Did you have a contract with him? Were you an employee or did you do contract work for this person? Either way there should be a contract you can go by. Confront him with it and threaten to sue if he won't pay you.

if you have his email address, email him indicating that you have not yet received money owing for previous work completed. If he fails to reply to the email after one week, contact your employment standards and launch a complaint. In the meantime, start lookinf for work elsewhere.

I would continue to call him...that's really shady...maybe go to your local police department and ask for an escort to his house or something!
