do u need to take a brokers course for michigan if your a broker in New Jersey or can you just take the exam?

Yes... each state has different laws... Just like you would need to take the broker course in NYC if you wanted to practice real estate there, even though it's only across the river....

Hey if you are a broker in NJ i am sure you need Mortgage leads.

How about Live transfer leads which has a closing ratio of more than 10% and contact ratio of 100%.

each state requires the license from each state you might study up on second state and you might be able to pass the test with out taking full course
