In a Real Estate Listing what is 2.1 bathrooms?
I understand the bath, half bath, and 3/4 bath, but i am at a loss for the 2.1 baths.

I don't think it is a typo - if you google "2.1 bathrooms" or "2.1 baths" there are thousands of home listings - that many agents couldn't make the same mistake

There are 2 full baths and 1 powder room. Same with 3.2 bedrooms usually means there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and maybe 2 in the basement like an in-law unit. I work for a real estate company :)

I believe it means 2 full baths, and one 1/2 bath. It's usually a nomenclature used for large home with multiple 1/2 baths, because there is no easy way to abbreviate it (say the house had 4 full baths, and (2) 1/2 baths - it'd be a 4.2.
As a side note, a 3/4 bath usually means a bath with a shower (as opposed to a tub).

2.1 bathrooms just means that there are 2 full bathrooms and then one bathroom that just has a sink and a toilet (no shower). Simple as that, hope it helps.

.1 means one half bathroom, no shower/tub
.5 means five half bathrooms
I'm a Realtor and a good one. It makes sense when you think about homes that have multiple half baths. if you see .5 make sure it's 5 half baths and not a Realtor that doesn't know what they are doing.

as a female with nephews around the same or close to the same age as you.. I can say that I would definitely not do that. I would respect their privacy not to mention I would be uncomfortable with doing my business with anyone else in the bathroom.. even my own kids or my bf. I find it very difficult to 'go' if anyone else is able to hear me. having said that.. I know there are ppl that are that comfortable no matter who they're with. my bf has female friends and sisters who are like that. they just strip off in front of him and/or go to the bathroom with him present without any second thought. he also thinks nothing of it anymore. if it makes you uncomfortable.. speak to her and ask her to not come into the bathroom while you are there.

I think it's 2 1/2, but now that I'm reading these answers I do remember someone telling me it's just a sink. That's weird I've actually never seen that before.

You get two full bathrooms plus one tenth of a bathroom which means all you get is a tiny closet with a cold water sink built in it.
JUST KIDDING.
Definetely an error.

May be 2 normal bathrooms and a single restroom with neither a shower nor a bath..... not sure
