Well as you at least you are aware now that 12 points and youre banned i can only guess some of the 14 were gotten 3 years b4 the last lot if you still have your lisence. The best way is to get someone you know (preferably with no points) to insure the car for them and any driver and you drive it. But check to make sure youre not banned cos when they realise points and bans dont stop you they put you in jail!

14 points?! You should have had a ban at 12 points.
If I were an insurance company, I wouldn't touch you with a barge pole.
Where do you do your driving? Just so as I know never to go there.

How did you manage to get 14 I thought after 12 you lost your license in the UK?

i always understood you get banned after 12 points unless you are a judge or work for the filth or some other profession where you can get away with anything ,but with 14 points you simply wont get affordable insurance

14 points = instant ban so you wont be able to drive even if you could get the insurance. save yourself a big fine and take the bus

there is an insurance company called Tradex who who are the insurance company of last resort, it doesnt mean that it will be affordable though! Good Luck

I thought you were banned from driving once you reached 12 points.

It would be far better for the rest of us if you took the bus for a while.

u r still allowed ON the roads. Maybe it's time to think about taking the bus some people just aren't meant to drive.
