Have you tried trucking/transportation? You will need a CDL B license. A friend has a felony record and he makes $500-$800 per week hauling construction supplies, such as stone, gravel, brick, lumber, etc.... Most of these companies seem very forgiving, especially of youthful mistakes. This may not be your dream job, but it will give you income and a stable work history. I have heard thatrd that employers will only check back 5-7 yrs.

Also if that was the only time you got into troulble you may be able to get it expunged from your record. Call the prosecuting attorneys office in the county you were arrested in and ask for the forms.

Do you know for a fact that it's still on your record? Maybe you could speak with a lawyer for advice on what to do to get it off of your record. God bless!

You can do most anything, as long as someone is willing to hire you. You will have to sell yourself to the employer, then back up your claims of honesty, reliability, etc. Someone will take a chance on you- if you don't let them down, you can work as long as you like.

In some states if it is your first offense you were probably charged as "YOUTH OFFENDER" AND IT MAY HAVE ALREADY CAME OFF YOUR RECORDS. You will always wonder and never know if you don't call and ask though sooooo i would call .
