Theater & Acting - September 2007

I am a 13 year old girl, and i want to get an acting job. My parents are all for it. But they told me to find out how to get an agent and to see how much it costs. HELP!!!!!!!

Ok well I don't have expirience and havn't had any special classes or anything like that. But I have REAL potential and that drama like personality. Most people I know tell me that I should take up acting or modeling...but can someone give me some advise on how? Any websites and such. I know it seems like I'm just another wannabe but I never had the guts to get involved. That is to say, both my parents are masters and Phd in mathematics. And I'm a strait A , all honors student, who happens to be super althletic, tall, fair haired, hot, confident, independent, and Eastern European ( born there). I told my mom about my ambitions a couple weeks ago and she agreed to support and homeschool me (if nessessary) if I found something worthwhile. So please help!!!!

I really want this more than anything but if i cant catch up to this dream before college then ill go into the medical field.


i have little experience but am willing to learn and take classes

does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can accomplish this dream?

I have tried websites but people say they're scams but if a site has worked for you give the site to me.
and do you have anything you can refer me to like acting classes that are reasonably priced, people, agencies etc...

i went on starzcasting.com to get myself out there because i want to start acting.
I just want to know if it has worked for anyone else out there or know anyone it has worked for.

oh yea and I wanted to send my resume out but it said i had to complete an offer and i did, but nothing has happened.

Im soo determined to get into acting and yea.
I dont have much experience but i think im on my way there.

Well i really want to become an actor but i dont want to take drama in school cuz that is seriously not necessary and i dont have alot of money for an agent i made my own internet show but ya i really want to be an actor if you go on youtube.com search DevonAndNate and look for the title
