On the McDonlalds food bags there are featured people who are, according to McDonlads', "Global Casting Stars".
Is this a real cinematic position? Like Co-Star or Supporting Actor or is it just made up?

They are people who have won a McDonald's contest to get their pictures and stories on McDonalds bags and cups. Nothing to do with acting.
