Basically, most of my days are free because I only go on an audition once or twice a month. However, I'm afraid to take restaurant shifts during the day in case an audition comes up. Usually, I only get 24 hours notice or less, so should i just take the day shifts and if I get an audition try to get someone to cover for me. I'm pretty sure I would be fired if nobody could cover the shift and I didn't show up. Or do most actors only take night shifts. But then, how do I go to acting class which usually occurs in the nights? Also, I feel like I could be making money during those days that I'm not auditioning instead of sitting around waiting for a call from my agent...Do you know of any jobs that allow for that flexibility to take off for an hour or two when i need to for an audition? My father said outside sales jobs, but I don't feel like I'm that great at selling things and I feel like those jobs are all based on commission and I don't think that it's easy to sell that stuff. Help...
