GIVE MY REGARDS TO BROADWAY
Sing Along MIDI Song
Lyrics and Music by George M. Cohan (1904)
Give my regards to Broadway!
Remember me to Herald Square!
Tell all the gang at Forty Second Street
That I will soon be there!
Whisper of how I'm yearning
To mingle with the old time throng!
Give my regards to Old Broadway
And say that I'll be there, 'ere long

I'm going to contradict....don't do anything from Wicked - everyone else will be doing "Popular" or "Defying Gravity" and so you'll be one of many and therefore have less chance of being really memorable. Pick something that suits your voice (what's your voice type? It's easier to be more specific if we know that) and that you can really put feeling into. The idea is to find something that is lesser-known but still recognisable by the people you're auditioning for so that you stand out from the crowd of people all singing Wicked. It also shows that you've done your homework and not just gone for something which is popular at the moment. If your voice suits it, "Adelaide's Lament" from Guys and Dolls is a classic Broadway song which is wonderful, or "If I Were A Bell" from the same show. If you can manage it, "If You've Got It, Flaunt It" from The Producers could also be fun, as it's a great character song - but if you can't belt properly, don't even attempt the end of it. "Heaven Help My Heart" from Chess is a great song, or even "I Don't Know How To Love Him" from Jesus Christ Superstar, although that one is a bit overdone. The suggestion of a song from Oklahoma! is a good one - "Out of My Dreams" is a lovely song or "I'm Just A Girl Who Cain't Say No" if you want a comic song. "Confidence" from The Sound of Music is another nice song, or maybe "Feed the Birds" from Mary Poppins. Avoid Phantom, Grease and Les Mis like the plague, and Hairspray is probably a good one to stay away from as well.

hmm. it's not easy to think broadway numbers that have specifically 3 female characters singing. aside from the ones already given, i can only think of matchmaker from fiddler on the roof.

but you can try the chorus numbers. you three can just alternate doing the lead. fun ones are
how do you solve a problem like maria? - sound of music (imagine you three as nuns!)
magic to do -- pippin
ease on down the road -- the wiz
brand new day -- the wiz
for now -- avenue q
america -- west side story
i feel pretty -- west side story

New York, New York WOULD be a good choice since it was originally sung by 3 sailors - and there are 3 girls!

One Day More - Les Miz
Wash that Man Right Outta My Hair - South Pacific
Hand Jive - Grease
Summer Lovin' - Grease

Anything from Dreamgirls! Maybe the title song, Dreamgirls or One Night Only. All of which has recently been redone with the release of the modern movie.
