Acting classes first. Believe me, I know they're everywhere. I used to take acting classes, but the people I studied with are no longer teaching. It's been 10 years since I've been in the business and I'm considering getting my feet wet again (kids are older, I think I can get away from them now!). I was in an advanced class before where literally everyone was working or on the verge. I realize being out for so long I'll need to work my way back in, but I'd like to take some classes and see where I stand and re-type myself if you know what I mean. I'm no longer in my 20's so obviously things have changed.
For voiceover, I've never dabbled in that so this would be new to me. I've always wanted to get into that. I believe a good place to start would be a workshop, but I'm not positive re: who's good. Does anyone know teaching wise whether or not Rick Zieff, Cathy & Harvey Kalmenson, Marc Cashman, Huck Liggtt (Voicecaster), or Sandy Holt are any better than the other?
Thank you
