Unfortunatly it isn't that easy. First you need to learn how to spell audition, then it would probably help to move to California. Some big stars now (like Hilary Duff, Miley Cyrus, Ashley Tisdale etc) had parents who were supportive of what they did and moved the family out there so they could start there. Then you need to find an agent (which isn't cheap) and start auditioning for small things like commercials and start from there. You NEED an agent if you go into acting and of course, you need TALENT!

You heard wrong. It's not a sorority looking for new members. It's a business.
You audition for a part, *if* your agent is informed that they need someone of your type in one of their shows. Disney does not "accept you" unless they hire you. They don't train you, either. You have to show up trained, or stay home.

start with small stuff. I was an extra in 2 things before I got a part (Which I film in a month). get an agent and you will on your way.

I dont think it works that way. You need experience and you need to be in LA. If you qualify, do a web search for Disney Channel Auditions.
