There is a difference between the first TV filmed and the first TV show. It wouldn't be a dramatic show, it would probably be news. Just do a web search of what you want to know.

Due to the show being shot on the West Coast, "I Love Lucy" was the first television show to be filmed. It also pioneered the now-standard three camera format for sitcoms.

You can see earlier television shows on film, but they were recorded using a Kinescope, which is basically a film camera that was pointed at a television screen.

The first television broadcast was a live shot from Philadelphia broadcast to New York City. I am possibly mistaken, but I believe it was in 1936.

Any experts out there who care to correct me?

It was hard getting past the many wrestling shows and women-in-the-bathtub commercials to recall the first television show. The suspense series, "Danger," seems to ring a bell as being among the first. Then "Dragnet," "Have Gun, Will Travel," and of course, "I Love Lucy."

What an era!
