I'm trying out for my school play and am thinking about being Lysander. please tell me if anyone kisses in the play, just anyone and if u can list who the that would help me a lot! my best friend is trying out for Hermia and i want to be prepared if i have to kiss her. and yes, it might be a school play but they aren't too pickey about scenes like that. the last play had a bunch of kissing scenes. Again, HELP!

hey um we did mid summers night dream at our school too. dont worry you wont have to kiss someone unless your the fairy person... but all she has to do is kiss a donkey on they head. if i did forget that u do have kiss someone, then ask your drama instuctor about doing a stage kiss if your nervous. the play isn't to bad, so good luck! break a leg lol

There is hardly any kissing in Shakespeare because boys played the girls' parts in those days. And they were not gay.
