You need to go about this kind of audition the same way anyone goes for any kind of audition. Find an agent so you can get in for sure. If you don't, try e-mailing them your resume and headshots, and also contacting them to find out when the next auditions would be for whatever show. You'll probably end up starting small, like an extra, so tell them you're willing to do any part they have for you. You have to start at the bottom usually, as casting directors will take more experience as a better bet for the role.

You need to bring your pictures and video to a talent agent, and the agent will line up your auditions for you.

Your agent will give you this information. Don't have an agent? Then you're not a professional, get some experience, get an agent, and then try.
