Da Vinci's art, in some cases, were scenes from the bible, in picture form. "Last Supper" By Da Vinvi represents the scene of The Last Supper from the final days of Jesus as narrated in the Gospel of John (01:21), when Jesus announces that one of his twelve disciples would betray him.

Many other masterpeices by Leonardo Da Vinci represent bible stories and scenes. They were inspirded through the bible because many have Jesus and other religious figures in them.
