If you're in the United States, there's a searchable list on SAG.org of approved agencies. There's also Ross Reports http://www.backstage.com/bso/rossreports/directories.jsp which gives you more info, but it's a pay service.

If you're in another country perhaps you'd be better off going to that specific section on YA and asking people in that country.

good luck

OK. YOu will need your parents' consent if you are under 18.
You will need lots of experience and training--a good resume,
You will need a head shot and a cover letter(short asking the agent to represent you, nothing more) YOu mail the resume, head shot and letter to agencies in your city and wait and see if they call you. If not. you are always building your resume so you can update it and try again in three months. As to who, just look in the yellow pages under talent agents.
Now , if you need help achieveing any of these goals, read my profile and write me at my aol address.

Ask your actor friends to refer you to their Talent Agent. If they don't have one, take acting classes where you can meet other actors and talk to them about which agent you should contact.

Sorry, you need to be more specific, and less vague.
