Are any of these auditions really real?

*I know that they are either not real or for extras but I need to confirm in a way.If they are not "really real" could you please tell me what is really real for teenage girls to audition for.

They are real. BUT you have to be an experience actor. There is no such thing as a way for an inexperienced actor to get an audition for a speaking role. No web site, no magic formula. Only hard work for years getting ready will do that.
