i want a casting director for theatre and was wondering of how i can get one..?

You want a talent agent, I think. Theatre does not use casting directors like film does. You are going to have to be qualified to seek representation. If you are under 18 you will need your parents' consent. You will need a resume full of experience and training and a head shot.
