I'm interested in trying out for Bet, in Oliver!... what would be a good audition song for this? I'm a first soprano, but I've had a lot of vocal training and have a decent belt voice, and can do alto and mezzo pieces very well.

I am thinking of one in particular( starts with "S") , and wondering how actors deal w/ others in the entertainment industry(actors/actresses) who follow this supposed faith, as there r high profile performers /artists who follow it. I've read that interaction w/ some who follow this particular path lead to some marriage breakups, and thought there must be some guidelines with dealing w/ such people that may be tryingget one to join their group, while still maintaining some semblance of professional rapport w/such a person.
??? While this is perhaps specific this group- which is notorious about not being entirely above board about what they do. who they are- this could just as well apply to over zealous practitioners of other more established faiths or spiritual practices, I suppose.

im 18, live in cleveland ohio and ive always wanted to be a movie director, i think i have exelent ideas for movies and they are definetly way better than most of the crap comes out hollywood, im aware that becoming a movie director and making enough money to live is next to impossible and my other career choice is somewhat possible and thats to be a pilot, i already have my pilots license and i have no movie experience besides playing with my camcorder. if you are a director, tell me all about it.

I saw Wicked and it was so awesome!!! I absolutely loved it! I don't know who wouldn't. I think everyone's favorite scene is the "defying gravity" one. It was so cool. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Do you ever get calls from acting agencies? The ones that you register for online and you give them your address/number/etc...I KNOW...I'm so dumb, I gave this "audition site" my cellphone number, and now this guy keeps calling me to take headshots. Every call is about how he rescheduled the headshot session, and that I should come at a specific time or day. I know it's my fault, but have any of you experienced the same thing? I know, I know, I'm dumb for giving away my number, but I was desperate to be on T.V.!

*By the way, in order to make the guy go away, should I block his number first, or let one of my guy friends tell him 'WRONG NUMBER DUDE!".

***Oh, if I should block him on my cellphone, please tell me how to do that!

THE SITES THAT I REGISTERED FOR ARE LIKE THE "FREE" ONES.

I want to ask this question, becasue I noticed katie leung(cho chang) from Harry potter and the Goblet of fire had no acting experience but made the part. The funny thing is, is that she was shy all throughout school, and never starred in a school play.

i love acting but i'm concerned that as a Christian i'd have to do something unpleasing to God. i honestly wouldnt mind but i dont wanna displease Him. i dont wanna be an actress that's a Christian and turns people from God cause i do bad stuff in movies. If not being an actress is the answer what could i do that would allow me to meet famous people.

It's not for a big Hollywood movie or anything like that. It's just for a student film festival main feature.I'm auditioning for parts as mean girls. I've read the audition script over and over, and now i can recite the lines in my sleep!!!!i've had my friends read the script to me,and they say that i did great and that they think i will get the part. But my two mai worries are that i still don't think i've quite captured the characters , and there's my "rival". She's a grade ahead of me, she skinny, pretty,a really good actress, has a little more acting experience than i do, and i'm pretty sure she's auditioning for the same roles that i am. Someone PLEASE help me!!!!!
