Exploretalent.com is a well known scam. Avoid them no matter what name they are using. Thats the reason they are working under auditionsauditions because they are becoming more well known as a scam. NEVER pay for representation, ever.
Your agency only gets paid after you get paid.

I wouldn't think so. It shouldn't be under more than one name if it's actually legitimate. The best auditions site I've used is www.backstage.com
It does cost a small amount of money to get fully detailed audition descriptions, but you don't need to be a member to browse through all the auditions. It also comes in a magazine form that you can subscribe to. It's recommended by everyone that I've done an audition workshop with.
