Dear, get your education first. I don't know how old you are (probably a young teen) and believe me, the world of modeling is very difficult, and can be very frustrating. You need a certain "look" that agencies are currently seeking (the "look" changes about every five years or so), and you need a portfolio. Living in WV won't cut it. NYC is where it's happening. Most girls (even those with good figures and pretty face, never make the grade. And it IS your dream not "iz" you dream. When you use that slang you sound and appear painfully immature. That is NOT what the agencies are looking for, believe me. They want confidence and intelligence and if you cannot convey at least that much, I would skip the whole thing.

Modeling is a very tough business. But if you're set on this as a career let me suggest you get as much education as you can. Second, get online and see if you can find a reliable modeling school or agency in your area. Make an appointment and go see them and ask lots of questions. They can help. DON'T PAY THEM ANYTHING and DON'T SIGN ANYTHING. This is an information fishing expedition only. There are many modeling sites in the country, not just NY -- there's California, Miami, and Dallas. As I said before, modeling is hard work and it can be extremely demanding on you mentally and physically. Be sure to have a backup career because models don't usually have long in front of the camera or on the runway. Good luck.

The modeling industry, in the USA, is located in New York City. Any modeling school you find in Virginia will probably be a scam.

Wait until you are old enough to move to New York.

well, first off you need to think about age, your hight, and also, what kind of model do you want to be? commercial, runway, print, or another kind?Once you narrow it down, people might be able to help you more.
