does anyone know where I can find a book club in Bounremouth, near Poole and Christchurch on the south coast in England?

I'm guessing this is a long shot but I'll ask it anyway.

I have no idea who wrote the book, I always thought the title was Belinda and Benjy, but i'm having no luck finding it so maybe it's not called this. I remember reading it when i was a child about 15-20 years ago. The main paragraph that I remember is The sun is shining, it's a very nice day, Belinda and Benjy come out to play. I know it's a bit vague, but if anyone could help that would be great.

i'm not a writer, but looking through children's books there are books for older teenagers with damn as the rudest word, and books for 12-year-olds where they're saying every cuss in the dictionary. it just seems a bit odd. are there guidelines set by editors - 'your target audience is thirteen, and this is as rude as you can be' - or something? what do you reckon should be the limits? thanks in advance for answering

Trickles of undiluted rainbow.
Syrupy.
He said ‘yes.’
Yes.
Euphoria
Ecstasy
It’s something
That should be contained in a capsule
A fine powder
Not filtered through veins
Dense,
Jingling,
Bursting out of pores
Swilling in the pale
Summery
Reggae light.
They should
Ration
It.
My God.
He said ‘yes.’
Knocked about by
Filthy beautiful colours
Dusted over the endless pavements,
The smiles of homeless people.
Sighs.
You want to squeeze the happiness
Out of your eyes
And infect into the sky.
Fill the world with the imminent buzz
Of everything.
Sameness, oneness.
Yes, different. But all the same.
‘Yes.’
F*ck,
Yes.

I was in Barnes and Nobel shopping for books during the 1st day of release of the lastest Harry Potter (HP) book. I saw the lines were huge and most of them were college people and 30 somethings in line than school age kids, some dressed in Hogwarts Gear. Has Harry Potter Crossed over the Generation Gap?

I would like to write my life story. I am not a public figure but I had interesting experiences that people ( I assume) would be interested to read about. Some specific examples--I went to the United Nations to defend human rights, I be-friended a former Prime Minister, while travelling in a foreign country I was questioned under 2 guns by secret police, I immigrated with practically zero dollar in my pocket and acquired a mansion etc. My questions are --who would be interested to read such a life story? is there any software program to help organize the book format ( I have no difficulty in writing)), are there web sites to help one achieve that goal.exact web addresses? Before answering -- please take a few minutes to view similar answers already expressed -- I did, and none are satisfactory. I am seriously considering interesting leads to encourage me and advance me in this project --please be courteous and informative in your comments and thanks in advance.

Tell me if you think these poems are good:

The Moon

The moon is shining
Brightly in the night
Only whispers of darkness fright.
Stars make dots
Lining the sky
Then the moon kisses darkness good-bye.
It tells the flowers the message
The stars too
There is also a message
For me and you.
From sadness and mourning…
The message…
Good Morning!

here is the second one:

My Best Friend

Sharing moments.
Sharing tears.
Remembering memories
Of the past years.
Saving each other from doing crimes.
Always there during hard times.
I hope the time will never end.
The time I have with my best friend.

Type what you think
