Could you detail a little more about what you are trying to accomplish? Are you just looking for copies for friends and family? Do you want to see your book on the shelves of your local bookstore?

If you want to go the traditional publishing route, it will only cost you the money it takes to print and mail off your submission package to agents or publishers to consider your book.

Different self-publishers have different fees associated with them, depending on the services you wish to recieve. This is a much easier road, because of all the rejection you will face looking for a traditional publisher. However, your book will NOT end up in a real bookstore and you will recieve no help in marketing it.

It depends. If you can get a publishing house to pick it up, they will pay you for it and it won't cost you anything. If you want to do a vanity press of it, all costs will depend on things like what paper you choose, what binding you want, and how many pressings (copies) you want made, as well as if you want an in-house editor to work with you (not an option at a publishing house--you will definitely work with at least one editor).
