First of all you will need to identify the era the book is written about.
It sounds like you are aiming at medieval sorcery, so I would research medieval on the web and combine a few names to get that just right atmosphere.
If it is modern, going back th the thirteenth century for your evil names isn't a band idea either

A good place to check would be from a website with mythical names etc. That's how J.K. Rowling came up with lots of the names in Harry Potter. Here's one site you can start with:

Search the pagan/viking tales. I always loved the name Samhein (for halloween variations are Samana, Samhuinn). The pagan God "Baal".
