There seems to people who are in balance, although extremely few. Is there a way to find balance in ones feeling and thinking? I don't want to hear anything about how I should be or which belief I should addaped. I'm real tired of all those religious concepts and new age images of love and harmony!

Re world war two?
It is my opinion that America only entered WW2 for the following reason.Not Pearl Harbour As is generally assumed but for a much more sensible reason. Germany had swept across Europe and it was inevitable that they would have taken the UK Countries like Australia the middle and far east would automaticly captiluated. Countries like Canada South America would naturally come under German control thus leaving America Isolated. America would have found it impossible to defend itself and it would have only been a very short time before it to would have come under German control.
I maintain that if Britain had not declared war on Germany then the words first language would be German. Do you agree or not? If it had wanted to then America could have just declared war on Japan there was no comprhensive reason why they should have got involved in the rest of the world.

Once again I must point out that I do not mean to cast any sort of slur upon America or the American people and if my questions upset you then please ignore them.
Please dont quote me encounters and call them battles. All the encouters that you mention were in fact just that Encounters. I dont make light of these as many very brave people died and the rest of the world are proud of these men.But let us not detract, Most of the engagements mentioned were part of a war and cannot be considered battles. It was a Brish war which we needed the help from America to win and win we did. History will show that the might of the British and the British empire beat the Germans and there will be little mention of what part the Americans had in it.Let us not trade insults all I want is a discussion and a conclusion. If you cant stand the heat then get my question eliminated thats the easy way out. Please dont insult me by quoting things like Granada. A question for Cowboydo What nationality are you

This is a question only and is not meant as anyform of insult.
Has America ever won a war or indeed even a battle? The whole world knows that history would be very differant if America had'nt helped out but not to distract from the question, have they ever beaton anybody in a war? The answer that is almost sure to come back is "Well we beat you Brits in our war of independence" Whereas the truth is that they did'nt, The troops that threw us out were themselves British. There were very few other nationalities and it was considered then and now as a british civil war. Am I wrong? has America ever won anything in the war or battles department?
If any Americans read this then I would like to discuss the reasons as to why they entered the second world war apart from Pearl Harbour. I will be online at noon GMT. I hope to hear from someone.

The poem is written in 1st person narrative. Is that suggests that this is a narrative poem? The rhyme scheme is abaab, cdccd, etc... and has a 4 stanzas of five line each. Does that say anything about the form of this poem? I am confused pls help me. Thank you.

Here's the poem

The Road Not Taken – Robert Frost

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that, the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
two roads diverged in a wood, and I --
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Hey guys,

So I'm pretty sure I heard about a picture that some publication (maybe National Geographic) put out that was computer-enhanced to show how a person in the future might look if they were mixed with a little of every ethnicity in the world.

I'm very interested to see this picture so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
