I want to find an agent, but I don't want to end up with a dodgy one. I just want to konw specific agents with whom people might have had a great relationship with, and who are reputable and professional. Thanks for your help!

Just like energy, is it true that happiness plus sorrow in this world is conserved ? That is, you cannot create new happiness and sorrow. If you are happy, it is at the cost of sadness of others in some form .

I have read evidence that the story of TROY was off in location. I wont go into it but i have reason to belive it was not between the Greeks and Troy, but between the Celtics and a place called TROAD, which happened to have a city also called Illium as its capitol. it is said today to be the ruins near Cornwall, England.

anyway, there are many things in history that are disputed and i am curious if they were found to be differnt what would you think?

Does anyone know how to meter a shot by zones and then calculate, so that every zone you can manipulate it and expose it as you want...all in just one shot. It`s a very hard procedure. Tnx

Was the Roman Emperor worshiped truly as a god, or demi-god among men or was it more just a show of patriotism? I know the patricians knew better, but did the lower classes really think of him as a "god" in the way we think of gods like Mars, Jupiter, or Mercury? And were there really religious rituals and offerings to the Emperor, or was it more in death?

How does the Roman Emperor being considered a "god" compare to the Pharaoh (who was really considered a god I think?), and the Chinese Emperor as Son of Heaven who I believe many of the lower classes thought of as a god?

Morality, without strength of character, can be moulded to suit the situation.

An example is a person who would never kill another intentionally who is more than happy to push the button on a lethal injection machine, and Why? Because twelve people said so.

Another example may be someone who would never steal from another will skim a little off the top from someone who is rich because they don't need it.

Morality for those with weak characters, for those who are easily swayed by popular opinion or those who have deep seated and totally unquestioned beliefs, is a dangerous thing. It can be twisted to suit the situation, to allow anything that is needed or desired. Lynch mobs are a great example of this, every person in the lynch mob feels completely morally justified with whatever the mob does.

How can one prevent such twisting or morality to suit a situation, without self assured judgement? Is there a better way?

Please explain your answers.

Thanks.

why everyone's so shocked to learn that Dumbledore's gay?

I've come to realize that a lot of people speculated about his (and other characters') sexuality, which I must admit I never did - it simply didn't occur to me. (Although I must admit Aberforth stumped me - but very different subject.)

My point is: All over the internet, TV, and newspapers - even on Y!A - I see people making statements like: "She just made it up!" "Don't believe it!" "There's nothing in the books about it, and I would have noticed!"
Well, true - nowhere in the books does it say that Dumbledore is gay - however, nor does it say that he is straight! Are we really so narrow-minded that the absence of homosexual references automatically means heterosexual? Is it so farfetched to consider that Dumbledore's (or any of the professors' but Snape) sexuality isn't important to the story, and that's why it's not included? Does it matter who a hero loves? Should it?

I have seen many comments equating Dumbledore's sexuality with pedophilia, and gay DOES NOT equal child molester! Personally, I think that Americans, especially, oversexualize everything. Your thoughts? The most compelling argument gets best answer.

there have been a few people on here that ask about how to get into modeling, and some people who have no idea what they're talking about are telling you that you need to train to be a model. that is 100% untrue. if you want to get into modeling you need to take a simple snap shot of your face, and a snap shot of your body with no makeup and your hair pulled back and send them to the legitimate agencies of your interests. You should never pay money for modeling school, because every modeling school out there is a scam, and they will not get you any jobs. if a modeling agency decides to take you on, THEY will teach you how to walk.

if you want more information it would be very wise to set up a free account at models.com, because it is full of people in the modeling industry who know what they're talking about, and agents look for new models on that site all the time

Besides murdering innocent soldiers and each other, and although not shown they presumably rob, pillage, and commit other crimes, they also betray each other at every step. If it weren't for the supernatural plot elements these films would be nothing but butchery and thievery. Can anyone justify the presentation and glorification of these immoral behaviors? How does Disney do so?
