You can't have one without that other, but they also always screw each other over.
You could have peace without justice if everyone was just. And you could have justice without peace if everyone was peaceful.
It's a moot argument... Both are very personal and subjective concepts.
EDIT: Just little side questions... To anyone saying Justice is more important and peace isn't necessary, that justice is "what's right"... Well, how do we decide what's right a just without a vision of "peace"? And to those saying peace is more important, with peace you wouldn't need justice... how do we decide what's "peaceful", what freedom that entails, and how to prevent that freedom from imposing on others, without justice?

I want peace, but I realize that no peace can last without justice... and if there is to be no peace, who would care for justice? Actually the two go hand in hand.
Good question!!!!

Peace. There is no peace without justice. The problem is justice is subjective and man has yet to figure it out.

Justice is more important than anything else, we don't need peace because we never been in peace and we will never have it, justice is more important because it's about what's important. What's right to do.

real peace can purely be gained in a international with real justice. From my attitude real justice is greater substantial considering the fact it relatively is a development block of real peace and that latter can in no way be gained without the former. having stated that, on the grounds that real peace may be the purpose of real justice it relatively is fee is made equivalent to that of real justice. One helps the different, the different is completed for the single.

PEACE. With peace everyone would be getting along and hopefully justice would be unecessary. With peace everyone wins with justice someone always loses.

Peace. "Justice" sometimes gets lost in the translation. Peace...everyone knows what that means.
Justice is a term that is often difficult to define in absolute terms.
