I'm heading to the library tonight or tomorrow and would like a nice "feel good" book. I typically read a lot of Dean Koontz novels, but I just want something more light-hearted. I'll read just about anything. As a child two of my favorites were Heidi and The Secret Garden. What do you suggest?

Whenever I write fiction I have a lot of difficulty with tense. My verbs hardly ever sound right with what I'm trying to convey. For instance one of my first pieces was some kind of present progressive and it was a pain to read. Authors like Rowling and Leroux seem to have it down (I only use them as examples because I am reading their work). Can somebody please give me advice and list all tenses that exist in English and explain them? Thanks.

Life it's self. For me I'm sure it's going to work, going out with friends doing the same thing or doing something exciting but after that, then what? Things will get boring again. Work to buy stuff you don't need and that gets boring, be in a relationship then that gets boring, then you retire and go travel everywhere, that too will be boring. Then you die. That's it.

So tell me, where is the appeal in that?

I know I don't make any sense right now. I'm venting my frustrations mostly, so what I am saying is that life has no appeal to me what so ever. I'm not depressed or suicidal, just bored. I look at all the great things in life that could happen (strike it rich doing extreme sports, being in a movie-like romantic relationship) that most people will think of it as the good and happy life, and I find it frivorless and boring. Any possible life I find is boring ( good, happy, sad, exciting, romantic). WTF???

And saying it's the time that counts does not count as an answer.

Recently I received an email that explained how I was a servant of Satan because I preach compassion and love, which according to them are the traits of the “Anti-Christ”

They were especially upset because a poem I wrote in my 360 blog mentioned Maitreya so they referred me to this website.

http://www.satansrapture.com/maitreya.htm

Which sounds hateful of Buddhist to me.

So if good (compassion and love) are signs of evil then what hope is there?

It seems they try to put us in a position were only one of us can be right. I’d be unconcerned if they seemed a bit more benign.

So my question for all is:
Isn’t there a way for someone so full of self-righteousness to discover whom he or she serve, good or evil?

* 18 minutes ago at 1700hrs at BBC news 24, they talked about the launching of blueprints today for "green Revolution", they explained the main point & aim of it , which is " IF YOU POLLUTE YOU PAY MONEY! IF YOU DON'T YOU SAVE!"
** This means, it is OK to pollute, you have to pay us money!,. So the main aim of launching this Blue(Black)prints is to squeeze the the people & get their money, it is nothing to do with making a green environment as they claim.
*** It is as I said before, the government use the green & global warming issues only to rob the people(green taxes & others).
WAKE UP PEOPLE & SOPP BEING ROBBED IN THE NAME OF GETTING GREENER!!!!
GOVERNMENT PHILOSIPHY OF ROBBERY!
