Both of his parents died while he was still an infant. He was always told he was part German and that's it. His last name is Willis and his mom's maiden name is Lawson. What do you think his heritage probaly is based on his last name?

Can someone please give me some good FREE sites for geneology searches--I don't need some where to make a tree just searches and also some where that I can access florida death records for free---Thanks I would pay if I had the money but my family is running short on money right now and I want to find as much info as I can before my 81 year old great grandmother dies please---With prayers she will live much longer and I am truly hoping she does because she is my best friend but that's here nor there---Mainly I just need those sites==Thanks

I read a book on it awhile back and there was supposedly a general who was rivaling Washington, and I want to know what his name was. I think it may have began with a "S", he apparently was full of himself and Washington disliked him, if you could let me know what you think his name was, I'd appreciate it.

im 16yr's old and iv chosen my ultimate goal in life is

being able to use my MIND to its FULL potential i want to be able to do everything this mind of mine can do
i hear from many people that is possably the most honerable and admirable goal they've ever heard.
for me to accomplish this goal to me is living life to its fullest
the mind is the most powerful tool in the universe.

could anyone send me in the right direction in achieveing this goal?

I recently started writing haikus for fun. What's your opinion on these? I realize some of these are not true haikus, since they deal with human elements and some words end in ING, but I'm just trying my hand at them.


Sleeping angels stir,
As the dawn begins anew,
A new beginning.

The dragon breathes
The fire of creation,
Then he sleeps once more.

Grace under fire,
A cruel world to bare,
The triumph of you.

Softly spoken echos,
Of the cherished times gone by-

Wow!!!!
Every time I think of you together,
I just want to cry.
It’s like I’m in bad weather,
I just wish he would die.

From the pain inside,
To the pain outside,
I just wish I could hide,
And just let all the lies collide.

Nothing has changed,
It’s all just the same,
It’s all just deranged.
It’s all just one big game,
And you just play along.
U believe all his lies,
Which I think is just wrong,
Because u cave into all his buys.

I don’t think u know how much I care,
Which I hope you soon realize,
Because sometimes I just can’t bare,
And I wish I can idealize!

But that can’t happen,
Because every time I try,
The picture is just misshapen,
He is just not the right guy!

I just want u to breakup,
But then he’ll just convince u.
Then u’ll makeup,
And u’ll still have no clue.
Yet u’ll have another shakeup,
But you just won’t listen to our crew!

We’ve been trying to tell ya,
U just won’t listen.
We just feel so blah,
U think he just glistens!

But this isn’t about me,
Or our crew,
It’s just the way it will be,
All about YOU!

I would never mean to hurt u,
In any way, shape, or form.
All of this is true,
I just want u back to norm.

I want the person I miss,
When u were happy,
When the fun we had existed,
When every thing was SNAPPY!

That person was my best friend,
Always by my side,
But that has to come to an end,
Especially when he lies.

He took u away from us,
Swept u off ur feet.
Left us in the dust,
Which left us in defeat.

Then we got u back,
I guess we were the spoiled ones.
We never expected the SMACK!
We once again we missed u tons!

This time is hasn’t ended yet,
I just really want u back again.
I’m just waitin for that one threat,
Then all I will say is AMEN!

For my summer reading, I am reading Cormac McCarthy's The Road. I have to write an additional chapter or rewrite the ending of the story by maintaining the "voice" of the main character. So my question is: Will my paper be written just like the book (the story is told from a narrator) or do i tell the story from the father or son's point of view?

By art I mean painting sketching etc. I am going to go to a local college to learn the basics, but I may not be accepted because there may not be enough space. Also you must know that I don't like to be taught by anyone below my standards; other wise known as hacks. I was struggling between music or art. Now that I chose art for the college and they may not accept more students, I want to know if it is better to learn by my self.
