what are the best waterbased inks for silk screen printing on clothes?

at the mo i use versatex jacquard ones but the last lot i bought were too runny, and didnt work.

Water based, you'll always have a problem with some running. Most of the best inks aren't going to be waterbased and the best require heat treatment to make them really last.

oh noes it might be oil based
