Uh, Earth. The other planets are unpopulated (far as we know, anyway).

I think it is safe to say that the planet Earth would NOT "win" a so-called war of planets. There are probably horrible conditions in other galaxies that we cannot imagine (yet) and these conditions could destroy us in an instant. The universe is an amazing thing to think about but can also be unimaginably terrible.

Since all the planets evolve around the sun...and the sun is way bigger than all the planets, then I would think that the sun would rule over all the planets and if the planets started fighting then the sun would spank them and put them to bed with no supper and possibly tell them that they are all grounded for a month.

*The planets are thinking for themselves? Anyway...in order...
Mercury's too small
Venus is just whimpy
Earth is populated, so it would be too worried about not harming its inhabitants
Mars maybe, cause it was named for the god of war, so that's got to count for something
Jupiter maybe cause it would just come in and crush all the tiny wussy planets
Saturn's rings would get in the way
Uranus has been mocked so much that it has seriously low self-esteem and would hide from everyone (that, or it would go nuts and rampage, in which case it would win until the others joined and brought it down)
Neptune is ineffectual
Pluto no longer counts, apparently, so, no.
In conclusion, I'd go with Mars or Jupiter (and possibly, for affore mentioned reasons, Uranus)

At first I read this question as "plants" rather than planets. My version is funnier than yours! ;)
But earth would win. There's no one to fight with on the other planets that we know of at this time.

earth would win, if you mean sending nukes out, but if every planet had inhabitants that were suitable for their plant, jupiter would have behemoths, freakin supermen in strength. mercury would have men made out of pure heat, we couldnt touch them. pluto or uranus would have ice men, they would be really stiff and thick, we couldnt take them down with our weapons easy. earth would be the underdogs because our planet treats us so nicely, we have many weaknesses and openings and coming from a blue planet i cant think of any special power we would have

It would cool off mars. Freeze the gases on Saturn... kill off the earth real quick... yup, pluto wins!
Pluto wins.
