I am an aspiring actress (theatre actress). I am 14 years old. I have been in the following plays:

Hepcats - Aunt Jenna Rae
Lewis and Clark - Sacajawea
Nowhere to Run - Julie
Anne of Green Gables - Anne Shirley
Best Christmas Pageant Ever - Grace Bradley
The Story of the Newsies - Student Director
Fiddler on the Roof - Chava
Beauty and the Beast - Chorus
Sound of Music - member of the bowing trio
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor dreamcoat - 3rd Narrator

I also played the lead role in a short film that will be entered in a film festival.

I have also taken a semester of Ballet and I took a theater dance class over the summer. I was in choir from age 7 to 11, and also 13 and 14, and I have taken piano lessons since I was 7. I took voice lessons this past summer and I am going back to choir in the fall. I will continue to practice the things I learned in the voice lessons.
I'm going to try out for "Meet me in St. Louis" in the fall

why should anyone adult read for pleaure?

instead of reading, i think adults should all do other beneficial activites, like spend time with family, friends, tv, EXERCISE, EXERCISE, relaxing, etc.

I am a family doctor and i feel that reading pleaure books will do nothing in my life. I know how to read, and would like to do something pleasurable in my relaxing time. I rather just do somehting else. I am not going to school, so why should i practice reading.

People who are in school should practice reading, and not adults (this is my opinion, it is your choice if you want to read or not, so dont get me wrong)

BLACK HALO'S

Silver angels of gray winter
haunting my tears to make me better
trying to tear down my black skies
learning to hate as I won't believe your lies
so, the light you attempt to blind me with instead
as I hide in the mist of winter's breath
your mouth I wash with death's silence
upon your lips I lay my toxic deliverance
now lips burnt of acid rain
you kissed your hate and swallowed your pain
as you felt the poison pulsing through your viens
now no longer silver, you've faded to gray
as well as your skin, now peeled and frayed
a kiss of toxic lust on your lips
kissing your now winter cold corpse







I feel this is the most poetic I've been in any of my poems.

any guy that has ever picked on a girl for having cramps....should have cramps for about a week.
any skinny little prepy girl that has ever laughed and a "chubby" girl (to her face or not)... should have to live that life for a while.
that anyone who has laughed at the "strange" kid whith her/his firends...should be an outsider for a month.
and i think that anyone who has ever knowingly done something mean to another person on purpose (and they didn't deserve it)...should know what it's like to be on the reciveing end of that unwiltered hate.....

does anyone agree me??

Fo me it was Pet Sematary by Stephen King - far better than the movie; when I finshed it (at age twenty) I threw the book across the room and slept with the light on for two weeks

What historical figure do you most identify with? I don't mean a figure whose life you look to for inspiration, or that you merely admire, but rather someone who feels like a kindred spirit.

Someone whom if you had no idea who they were, but somehow met the person, you'd connect with them.

...and please don't say Jesus as that's an easy cop-out answer. Really think about it :]

I am looking at a really nice camera that doesn't have a RAW feature. But I've read from a couple of professional photographers that it's really not that important as far as controlling an image when you use software.
