You have got to read "RAGE" it is by Richard Bachman, who is accually Stephan King writing under a different name back in the late 70's, he also wrote "The Long Walk", "Carrie", and "Running Man" under this name, but anyway, this is about a socially messed up kid in high school, who kind of snaps, it is a must read sir.

This suggestion may be for a slightly more narrow spectrum of people, but I would strongly recommend The VineTrekker.com Guide to Pairing Food and Wine available at www.FoodandWineBook.com.
This is not only a great ebook, but it's the type of quick reference guide that you will always want to keep within reach in the kitchen.

The Chocolate War by Robert Cormier (a little graphic, just to warn you)
Any of S.E. Hinton's works are excellent; very teen angst from a male perspective
I really like Paul Zindel, he writes for both sexes and they are funny and dramatic at the same time.
Good luck!

I think that you might like some of Meg Cabot's books and also maybe Sarah Dessen (2 very good authors). Also Rachel Hawthorne ( i think i spelled that right) is into the whole teenage, girl, drama, romance thing. And maybe the Clique (sp) i've never read any of them but my friends liked them.
