Surely, there must have been an intelligence organization even before the OSS was established? In Russia, for example, there was an agency called Okhranka in the 19th century, which was the predecessor of the VCHK (that's how the KGB's predecessor was called). There must have been a similar organization in the US.

Faith is what fuels people to live. But faith is blind. I've been taught with rigorous strictness by my religiously dogmatic mother that God is great, God is good.

My question is: IS HE?

Is God this fabulous blessed being, so loving and perfect that our mortal, foolish lost-sheep-humans cannot lay our sinful eyes uponhim without being killed?I can believe in him. But is he good? I can't bring myself to believe it.

God has an extraordinarly similar visage to that of histories countless dictators (take more into account Hitler.) Do dictators not exalt and immortalize themselves? Do they not kill anyone opposing them? Why must God have ALL the glory? Why is anyone diverse to him damned to hell? And why do the Christ-Nazis turn a blind eye and comply to every demand?

I'm not speaking just out of pure whim. I could go on forever, and give you documents, information that corroborates my hopless theory.

So am I the only insane one?

If a well-ordered natural world requires a special designer, then God's mind (being so well-ordered) also requires a special designer. And then this designer would likewise need a designer, and so on ad infinitum. Believers continue with their philosophies, because they have been influenced to do so. Religious philosophies have been around for a long time which helps to influence that it must be correct if it has been by so many generations. A lot of believers also have been raised to be religious and are not going to change, this group tends to be ignorant (ignorant meaning not knowing) to any other ideas. Another group of believers have their philosophies simply, because they are afraid what will happen to them when they die. What it all comes down to is that people have religious philosophies from 50% genetics and 50% environmental influences.
