I'm planning to ask this guy that works in a shop i visit very often to go out for a coffee this weekend, however, last sunday when i was in the shop looking at some cd's...i casually looked up and saw him talking to his colleague, but while talking to his colleague about some paperwork he was looking over at me...and it was a look that lasted longer than just a glance passing in my direction...then, when he looked back down to write something, he smiled to himself.... Does this mean anything or am i reading to far into it? and, do you think i should ask him out? I'd appreciate any advice! Thanks :-)

There is something I was thinking about. When a person we love dies, are we sad, desperate, depressed because of ourselves or because of them? Are we sad because that person lost life or because we won't be able to live without that person? Do we want them to be alive because we couldn't live without them or...?
I don't know... I mean, I'm sure that if something like that happened to the person I love... I would kill myself because I couldn't live without Him... But I don't want Him to die (yet) because He deserves to live and because He has so much to give...
What do you think?

Logisticians, mathematicians, radical empiricists, many scientists, and even atheists want to superimpose a logical order onto the earth by claiming the only tenets, ideas, beliefs, etc. that are "valid" are the ones supported by the logic of a scientific method. But what if the world is NOT 100% logical according to an utterly human logic?

I have heard that the Japanese feel that they were heroes in WWII and that they do not ever acknowledge the battle of Iwo Jima or the fact that it ever happened. I heard that they do not teach it in history at all. If anyone knows more or can elaborate, it would be greatly appreciated.
