The Hammurabi Code is the oldest known secular record of a system of laws, but it was Babylonian. While the Jews had a calender, it bears little resemblance to the Greco/Roman calenders we use today (which also were heavily influenced by Babylonian measurement systems). Coined money was first used in Ancient Egypt, so this was not a Jewish invention. I would say monotheism, except very few people (even most Chistian Religions) practice it.
I would have to say the greatest contribution of the Jews is the recording of the Hebrew Scriptures (Old Testement). Through the work of many Hebrew scribes, this document was kept intact for more than 1500 years. Without this, more than half of God's Word would be unavailable to us today.
