Logisticians, mathematicians, radical empiricists, many scientists, and even atheists want to superimpose a logical order onto the earth by claiming the only tenets, ideas, beliefs, etc. that are "valid" are the ones supported by the logic of a scientific method. But what if the world is NOT 100% logical according to an utterly human logic?

I'm really glad that the people of a culture where scientific thinking and the scientific method is paramount for what gets called "knowledge" are so willing to say the world is not 100% logical. It's the perfect contradiction!

Using logical argument, can you prove that pizza tastes better when it is hot washed down with beer that is cold? I haven't been able to. Logic is fine and dandy, but not everything is logical. Why are roses so beautiful for some people and others like other flowers better?

Definitely not.
"Logic" is science of reasoning. And behind every chain of reason, there is an ultimate reason (or even some!), e.g.: instinct, value, past experience, or feelings.
Imagine this: If you are hungry, then you will eat. It is logic, right? (Btw, you can look for a doctor to ensure your answer!) But just keep asking "why", and at the end of the day you will find one of your basic instinct: to preserve your life. This instinct needs no reason.
Other example is people who like to help others. If you ask them, you will find ultimate reasons: their childhood, their religion, etc.
So, your mind follows your ultimate reason. Even the most radical scientists have this ultimate reason! They oftentimes make assumptions & hypothesis along the way during their researches. The methods they use are tools to ensure the correctness of the process or the logic, but never guarantee the truth of their ultimate reason. If you begin with the wrong start, you will end at the wrong place.

What is logic in a world of so many opinions and rationalizations? Even numbers and scientific facts are manipulated to someones desires. Just because of that...we can then assume that it is impossible for 100% logic of any kind to even exist. There is way too much in this world evidence if we want to be "scientific" that is unexplainable.

LOL...the world logical? Oh, what an idea! No, this world is not logical...it is so not logical that a philosopher can argue ethics with a scientist, and a Pope argue religion with an atheist, and both are right!

NO: We humans make up the world, and as long as we are a part our il-logic shall continue to cause problems. These problems will defy logic as understood by us as humans.

No, but empirical reality is all that classical logic, math, empiricism, science, and materialism claim to be able to reason about.
These folks can claim that the only "valid" ideas are those that are empirically & rationally sound and logical. But their method restricts them to speaking ONLY about empirical reality. They can have nothing to say about the REST of experience. They reject it, which to them seems necessary, and to everyone else seems foolish.
Relax -- let them have their incomplete world, and let them be correct about it.
