At a show, why do I not care about how I am viewed by all around me.
When in other scenarios, things matter or insecurity may arise. Why does music provoke so much emotion in me? How does music empower my life...your life? I do not play an instrument.
It takes time to play music, it takes time to listen to it.

I did not know what the hype was all about at first, but I love to read and found that it reminded me of the real Grimm fairy tales a little.

Do certain places or different countries have a certain vibe or "consciousness" to them? Not just the place but whole groups of people. I've noticed certain areas and people that seem depressed. Some areas have an artistic vibe to it, some spiritual, etc.

Can serious art be a little of both? Although this painting does have a whimsical, cartoonish flavor to it would you consider it serious enough to be serious art? Can you see the life cycle I'm trying to convey? Please let me know what you think.

I finished this late last night. It’s based on a song (sort of) by Leonard Cohen called ‘Ain’t No Cure For Love.’

she's sorta a shy person, not really, but not outgoing, i want to buy her books, but she literally has like every book that comes out recently cause she buys a ton of books from barnes and noble every week, and she has like a $200 b & n giftcard

got any ideas for something that isn't a giftcard, any birthday present ideas? (i wanted to buy her itunes giftcard, but my friend was already buying it for her)

Needing some help with homework is one thing, but the teen set cannot seem to type into a search window and find answers to simple things like for instance: The Civil War, Cleopatra, Shakespeare, and a host of other common subjects on which there is ENDLESS information ont he Web. Yesterday's kids (before the Internet existed) had to rely ont he library and other resources, and today's teen seems inacapable of even typing a term or name into a search engine and perusing sites that would give them plenty of information. What a sad commentary. However, they can routinely come to Yahoo Q&A and ask others to do it for them. The term for that is LAZINESS!

You, know, like in movies, commercials, or tv shows, how the fat and annoying opera lady bellows out a note so high, it breaks windows. Can a high pitch voice really do that?

My story is set in the the year is 1838, England.
Anne tries to end her life of prostitution by attempting suicide. But, she is rescued by a gentleman, named, Edward. His sister has a secret, and that secret leads her to offer Charlotte a life with her. Charlotte slowly begins to fall for Edward. BUT though he falls for her as well, he values his popularity amongst his friends, more than his growing affection for her -- as to love her would mean to lose the friendship of his friends, who all dislike her. Charlotte tries to become a lady, but society suppresses her.
My story is a gothic-like romance (kind of like Wuthering Heights--NOT that I'm going to copy this story!)

At the moment, I'm thinking of the title:
-Vermillion (I rlly like this one, but it sounds unsuitable for a dark romance...)
-The Nonentity
-Far from Sanity
-The House of Ill-Fame
-Lady of the Night (this title sounds like the title of some corny romance. Doesn't it?)

Any better suggestions??

Natural Law(Thomas Hobbes humans in their natural states are vile and vicious. They desire power, and always wnat more becuase they are scared someone is going to over power them.We only except sovereignty because we're scared of being over powered and killed.)

Ethics(Aristotle-Teleological ethics,Emmanuel Kant-Deontological ehtics.)

Does God exist?(Did God create good and bad?Is good what we have to do to get into heaven?)

Marxism

Dualism(This seems interesting but I don't get it one bit.Mind and body.)
