I think it is actually entitled "Beauty" I'm looking for a copy of it online. Can anyone help me find it?

I read a story a few years ago, but need some oppinons.

It was redone on a believe or not show but i missed if it was true or not.


In 1903 or so, a young woman and her mother were coming to Paris from India where she had burried her husband after he got the black plague.
everything seemed all right, and this was during a world's fair.
the consier (pier somethng) checked them in and bid them goodnight.
Later that night the mother got very sick. The daughter did not knwo what to do, so she went down and asked Pier if he could call a doctor.

A doctor came and examined the mother. after a couple of minutes he turned to the woman and asked her to follow him.

Outside on the street, he told the widow that he needed her to run an errand for him. He wrote some information on a sheet of paper and handed it to her.

When a cab shows up he speaks for a min with the cab and then leads her to it.

Nearly 4 hrs later the widow returns to the hotel. However when she enters the

I've seen lumps of metal that were hurled out of cannons, but not an explosive charge that detonates on impact or after a time (think modern shell). Outside Hollywood, Did such munitions exist?

If you believe in god, heaven and hell then aren't you supposed to always fear eternal damnation? If that is true then wouldn't that make it a rational fear? I don't know, when I thought of this question, I had to laugh because everything in life seems so ridiculous even to the point of death and the unknown. I am a 9th grader trying to figure out what to do with my life. I have a career in mind, but I like to keep my options open so I need your help.

1) I classify myself as a creative person. I like to step back, look at what the results of my creativity, and feel good about the fruits of my labours.

2) I am the math/science type of person.

3) I have excellent grades, and I will be going to university.

4) I am very mentally driven and innovative. I like to think of new ideas.

5) I like to impress. This would be my greatest motivation.

im in 6th grade and i have a very high reading level. lets just say highschool-ish. i like to read books that involve sex, drugs, alchohal, and reality things. i need to find a book for school that will give me points for my WARP test. for those who dont know what WARP is, its a requireed test in the school library that you take after you read a book a gives you points.
