Definitely Latin or Ballroom or both. Like Alec Mazo, Artem Chigvintsev, Slavik Kriklivvyy. None of the people you named, sorry. Actually, it doesn't depend on the type of dancing so much. Any dancing ability is a plus because it's like an additional language, but it is not absolutely necessary - he can choose to express himself with regular words, if he wishes.
