a girl and her friend who get rapped by a boy at their skool. they dont know who he is. but the friend gets killed by the boy while he was rapping her. but the other girl lives and actually gets pregnant by the rapper.
and it pretty much shows the girl going thru school, drama, court appearances, family issues, and police blaming it all on her.

tell me, would you be interested in reading something about that??

Think of something trivial, something small that ordinarily would seem pointless. Try to imagine a domino effect of something that could change the world that we live in. Explain why you think it might work. I want good quality answers, no generic answers like: give money to the poor, or something like that. both negatives and positives are welcome. notice I said "change the world", not necessarily change it for the good.

I just got off the phone with my Uncle Benjamin who was telling me about my Native American Heritage. We're African American, but he's been trying to figure out a way to prove that he is Native American as well. Here's what i have:
-His Father is half Cherokee
-His Grandfather was French Indian
-His Grandmother was full cherokee and was born on an Indian reservation in Alabama

I have there names, but is their a way that i can trace birth records, or marriage liscences to show that we are part Cherokee? Do Native American Reservations keep seperate birth records, and if so, how can i access them. This would mean alot to my uncle, so any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm getting married and my mother bought me some pointe shoes because she thought they would look nice on me with my dress. I really want to wear them, but I want to make sure its going to be ok. I will only be wearing them down the aisle and maybe for an hour before for pictures. Will it be safe if I just walk in them and take them off to keep for decoration. Please help, thanks.

Think of earth as a human being. All the cars and factories and such that emit smoke are cigarettes, cigs arent good for a person so why would they be good for earth.

All the toxic waste we dump and things like that are drugs like acid and ectasy, that aint good for a person either.

So the earths destruction is all our fault, way to be people.

I have purchased several books on history and I swear, I cannot sit down and read through them. They seem so tedious. I dont like the fact of depending on one author's opinion or telling the story either. I also dont understand why somebody would want to read a 700 page book on something on one specific subject. What the hell makes the book so big that it needs that many pages to recount the history of , say the French Revolution? How does the author know that manhy specifics about it??
In short, I like encyclopedias. I think that is the best way to learn concise facts and recounts or records of history. Who the hell has time to read that much anyway. I think books are outdated, who else has an opinion on this?
